崗位職責(zé)
1、根據(jù)采購計(jì)劃，及時(shí)完成采購任務(wù)以滿足生產(chǎn)要求；
2、負(fù)責(zé)采購合同整理、訂單臺(tái)賬整理與維護(hù)、負(fù)責(zé)發(fā)票和付款單據(jù)的整理和保管；
3、按月與供應(yīng)商對(duì)賬，保證賬目的清晰，并及時(shí)辦理請(qǐng)款手續(xù)；
4、根據(jù)產(chǎn)品需求協(xié)助研發(fā)進(jìn)行選型；
5、負(fù)責(zé)電路板打樣備料和發(fā)料；
6、進(jìn)行供應(yīng)商管理，維護(hù)現(xiàn)有供應(yīng)商、開發(fā)新的供應(yīng)商；
7、及時(shí)處理需取消的訂單，及時(shí)處理不良品和可修復(fù)品，并協(xié)助IQC對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行索賠；
8、嚴(yán)格遵守公司的各項(xiàng)管理制度和程序文件,服從指令完成上級(jí)臨時(shí)交辦的其它工作。
任職要求
1、理工科專業(yè)優(yōu)先，大專以上學(xué)歷，一年及以上采購工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2、熟悉ERP，具研發(fā)制造企業(yè)采購經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
3、具較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心、條理性、協(xié)調(diào)能力、解決問題能力、承擔(dān)壓力能力、社交能力。
