崗位職責(zé)
1、根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計需求，完成硬件方案設(shè)計、器件選型、電路設(shè)計和調(diào)試，編寫相關(guān)設(shè)計文檔；
2、負責(zé)硬件測試及可靠性測試，完成測試報告；
3、協(xié)助測試人員完成產(chǎn)品的測試調(diào)試工作，保證產(chǎn)品符合設(shè)計要求以及質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
4、協(xié)助質(zhì)檢部門進行元器件的來料檢驗，幫助采購部門訂購質(zhì)量符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的元器件；
5、協(xié)助生產(chǎn)和維護部門，處理生產(chǎn)和維護中的技術(shù)問題，改進前端設(shè)計。
任職要求
1、熟悉常用電子元器件的特性，熟悉數(shù)字、模擬電路工作原理；
2、精通常用處理器硬件設(shè)計，如arm/dsp/fpga/msp430/stm32/avr/51等；
3、熟練掌握Altium Designer或其他電路原理圖及PCB制作軟件；
4、具備獨立分析解決硬件問題的能力，具備生產(chǎn)導(dǎo)入和運維經(jīng)驗，有豐富的可靠性、電磁兼容設(shè)計經(jīng)驗；
5、具備較強的團隊協(xié)作能力、溝通能力、責(zé)任意識及上進心，具備良好的學(xué)習(xí)能力；
6、具備一定的英文閱讀能力。
